Career Directions is a personalised digital career guidance service designed to help you identify credible career directions and position your experience for opportunities you may want to pursue.

It uses AI to analyse the information you provide, including your answers and any CV, LinkedIn information or other career material you choose to provide.

Career Directions is delivered entirely online as a digital service. There is no physical product and no human coaching or consulting session included in your purchase.

The price of Career Directions is EUR 49 including VAT for one person.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your purchase gives you access to the Career Directions experience, including:

• focused questions designed to understand what you want from your next career move;
• 3 personalised Career Directions based on the information you provide;
• positioning guidance for your Career Directions; and
• the ability to generate an ATS-friendly CV positioned towards a Career Direction you choose to pursue.

Career Directions generates its outputs from the information available in your account. The quality and relevance of the results therefore depend in part on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.

You have 3 months from the date of purchase to use Career Directions and access or download material generated for you.

The 3-month period is an access window. Career Directions is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Your purchase is for one person's use. Access is personal to you and is registered to your account.

When your access period ends, your Career Directions, positioning material, CV and other generated material may no longer be available inside Career Directions. Please download anything you wish to keep before your access expires.

Career Directions can generate an ATS-friendly version of your CV positioned towards a Career Direction you choose.

The CV is generated from information you have provided. Career Directions is designed not to invent qualifications, achievements or experience that you have not provided, but AI-generated material can contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations.

You are responsible for reviewing the generated CV carefully and confirming that all information is accurate before submitting, publishing or otherwise using it.

Career Directions does not guarantee that a CV will pass a particular applicant tracking system, be selected by a recruiter, result in an interview or lead to employment.

Career Directions is browser-based and requires an internet connection and a current version of a commonly used web browser.

No separate software installation is required.

Career Directions is designed to support career exploration, positioning and decision-making.

The Career Directions and other material generated for you are based on the information you provide and AI-assisted analysis of that information.

Because Career Directions uses AI, outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, unsuitable suggestions or interpretations that you disagree with.

Career Directions does not guarantee that a suggested direction is suitable for you, that you meet the requirements of particular roles, or that particular jobs or opportunities are available.

It does not provide legal, financial, medical or psychological advice and is not a clinical or diagnostic tool.

Career Directions does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, income level or any other particular career or employment outcome.

Decisions about which opportunities to pursue and how to use the material generated by Career Directions remain yours.

Career Directions is made available immediately after payment.

By requesting immediate access, you expressly ask us to begin providing the service before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using Career Directions as purchased and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If Career Directions does not work as described or you have a problem accessing what you purchased, please contact us at discovery@annasoelberg.com.

We will first try to resolve the problem. Where appropriate, this may include restoring access or extending your access period.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using Career Directions as purchased and we are unable to resolve it, we will provide a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital services.

You need an account to use Career Directions and are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Please do not share your account. Access is for one person only.

You retain your rights in the documents, answers and other original content you provide.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any information or documents you upload.

You may download, use and share your Career Directions, positioning material and generated CV for your own personal and professional purposes.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Soelberg Management ApS retains all rights in the underlying Career Directions service, including its questions, methodology, output structures, design, software and other proprietary material.

You may not copy, resell, republish, reproduce or commercially exploit these elements, or use them to develop or provide a competing service.

This does not restrict your use of your own career information or the personalised Career Directions, positioning material and CV generated for you.

Please do not:

• share your account with another person;
• upload another person's personal information unless you have the right to do so;
• attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to Career Directions;
• copy or extract the service, methodology or software for commercial use; or
• use Career Directions for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse of the service. Where appropriate, we will explain why.

We work to keep Career Directions available throughout your access period, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If a significant technical outage prevents you from using Career Directions for a meaningful part of your access period, we will extend your access appropriately.

We may improve Career Directions over time. This means that wording, questions, features, generated outputs and layouts may change.

We will not materially reduce the core Career Directions service you purchased during your access period.

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The Terms applicable when you made your purchase continue to apply to that purchase.

Career Directions provides career guidance and career-positioning support. It does not guarantee a particular career or employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Soelberg Management ApS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from career, employment, financial or other decisions made on the basis of Career Directions outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If you are unhappy with Career Directions, please contact us first at discovery@annasoelberg.com so that we can try to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, and the complaint falls within its jurisdiction, you may submit the matter to:

Complaints are submitted through the consumer complaint system operated by Nævnenes Hus.

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Any dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
