About Career Discovery

Career Discovery is a guided digital career reflection service.

It uses AI to interview you, structure the information you share, and generate personalised career material based on your answers and any documents you choose to provide.

Career Discovery is delivered entirely online as a digital service. There is no physical product and no human coaching session included in your purchase.

Career coaching sessions may be booked separately for an additional fee.

What you pay and what you get

The launch price is EUR 135 including VAT for one person and one Career Discovery journey. The standard price is EUR 199 including VAT.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your purchase gives you access to one Career Discovery journey, consisting of:

  • Part 1: Career Identity
  • Part 2: Future Priorities
  • Part 3: generation of your personalised Career Discovery report
  • Part 4: Recommended step: Reflections & Next steps

You may complete your journey over as many sessions as you need within your access period.

Your purchase also gives you access to any additional optional tools and features made available as part of Career Discovery during your access period.

Your 3-month access period

You have 3 months from the date of purchase to complete your Career Discovery journey, use the optional tools available to you, and download your report.

The 3-month period is an access window. Career Discovery is not a three-month subscription or a service whose value is divided equally across three months.

Your purchase is primarily for the Career Discovery journey itself.

For the purpose of determining the value of the service already provided if you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal after requesting immediate access, the agreed allocation of the purchase price is:

  • Part 1: 50%
  • Part 2: 30%
  • Part 3: generation of your Career Discovery report: 10%
  • Part 4: optional reflection tools and continued access during the access period: 10%

Once you have completed Part 1 and Part 2 and your Career Discovery report has been generated (Part 3), the core Career Discovery journey representing 90% of the purchase price has been delivered, regardless of how much time remains in your 3-month access period.

The optional tools are additional features and are an additional benefit - they are not required to complete your Career Discovery journey.

Your purchase covers one journey only. It does not include multiple Career Discovery journeys or unlimited restarts.

Access is personal to you and is registered to the email address used for your purchase. Please create your Career Discovery account using the same email address.

Career Discovery is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

When your access period ends, your report and other material may no longer be available inside Career Discovery. Please download anything you wish to keep before your access expires.

Technical requirements

Career Discovery is browser-based and requires an internet connection and a current version of a commonly used web browser.

No separate software installation is required.

AI-generated output and what Career Discovery is not

Career Discovery is designed to support career reflection and decision-making.

It does not provide legal, financial, medical or psychological advice and is not a clinical or diagnostic tool.

Because Career Discovery uses AI, outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions or interpretations that you disagree with. You should review your Career Discovery report critically and use it as one input into your career decisions.

Career Discovery does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, income level or any other particular career outcome.

Decisions about your career remain yours.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase Career Discovery as a consumer, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting on the day you make your purchase.

You may exercise this right by emailing discovery@annasoelberg.com and clearly telling us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Because Career Discovery is available immediately after payment, you are asked at checkout to expressly request that the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after Career Discovery has begun at your express request, you may be required, as permitted by applicable consumer law, to pay a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided up to the point when you tell us that you wish to withdraw.

The value allocation described under What you pay and what you get reflects how the Career Discovery service is structured and the relative value of its different elements.

Any refund due will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If something goes wrong

If Career Discovery does not work as described or you have a problem accessing what you purchased, please contact us at discovery@annasoelberg.com.

We will first try to resolve the problem. Where appropriate, this may include restoring access, extending your access period or providing a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital services.

Your account and your content

You need an account to use Career Discovery and are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Please do not share your account. Access is for one person only.

You retain your rights in the documents, answers and other original content you provide.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any information or documents you upload.

You may download, use and share the Career Discovery report generated for you for your own personal and professional purposes.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our methodology and intellectual property

Soelberg Management ApS retains all rights in the underlying Career Discovery service, including the Integrated Career Methodology™, questions, methodology, report structures, design, software and other proprietary material.

You may not copy, resell, republish, reproduce or commercially exploit these elements, or use them to develop or provide a competing service.

This does not restrict your use of your own career information, ideas or personal Career Discovery report.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • share your account with another person;
  • upload another person's personal information unless you have the right to do so;
  • attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to Career Discovery;
  • copy or extract the service, methodology or software for commercial use; or
  • use Career Discovery for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse of the service. Where appropriate, we will explain why.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Career Discovery available throughout your access period, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If a significant technical outage prevents you from using Career Discovery for a meaningful part of your access period, we will extend your access appropriately.

We may improve Career Discovery over time. This means that wording, questions, features and report layouts may change.

We will not materially reduce the core Career Discovery service you purchased during your access period.

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The Terms applicable when you made your purchase continue to apply to that purchase.

Liability

Career Discovery provides career reflection and guidance. It does not guarantee a particular career or employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Soelberg Management ApS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from career, employment, financial or other decisions made on the basis of Career Discovery outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with Career Discovery, please contact us first at discovery@annasoelberg.com so that we can try to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, and the complaint falls within its jurisdiction, you may submit the matter to:

Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager
Nævnenes Hus
Toldboden 2
8800 Viborg

Complaints are submitted through the consumer complaint system operated by Nævnenes Hus.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Any dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
